The prestigious sushi restaurant wanted to create a younger 'sister', a faster, cheaper and therefore more accessible chain of restaurants.
While working on the project we tested the boundaries between the trade mark's ingredients and the new sub brand's, in order to do that we formed a graphic language taken from print pattern, this language combines Japan's both traditional and natural beauty with it's modern and urban looks.
As project included a logo, packaging, menus, wet napkins, wall covers, signage etc.
